HBD Engineering uses ISO9001-2000 processes to monitor the entire life cycle of an order. It has been ISO9001-2000 certified by TUV Germany in 2002. The processes include the suppliers selection, the quotation follow-up, the order placing and monitoring of the manufacture.

Our main processes are:

1. The Technical Data Sheet
   It gives all the technical information about a given component as well as a history of problems that have happened in the manufacturing and their solutions. This information is given to the suppliers.
   
       
   

2. Process Measurement Plan
   We make our suppliers use this plan to monitor their manufacturing activities for a given component.
   It describes all the operations with their duration, the critical dimensions and it records the in-process inspection data.
   
         
   

3. Inspection Sheet
   This forms the core of our quality control system. This software has been specially developed by us to record all the readings of our inspection instruments and gives the deviations to the standard dimensions of the drawings.
   
   This document is communicated to our clients as a certificate of inspection.
