HB Design and Engineering coordinates engineering services delivered by independent Florida-licensed Professional Engineers to support safe, efficient, and code-compliant construction. Our team works closely with the licensed PEs and architectural plans to ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements meet Florida Building Code requirements. The result is technically precise documentation that minimizes review comments and supports smooth construction execution.
HB Design and Engineering, LLC acts as a project coordinator and owner's representative. All engineering services, including the preparation, signing, and sealing of engineering documents, are performed by independent Florida-licensed Professional Engineers in accordance with Chapter 471, Florida Statutes. HB Design and Engineering does not practice engineering and does not sign, seal, or issue engineering documents.
