For this project, the scope was focused on zoning and code analysis as well as architectural explorations of what could be built and developed on the site. Initially, a massing study was carried out based on the base regulations to establish feasible forms.
In the final delivery, two alternative projects were presented with greater development, including floor plan distributions, typical apartment layouts, net and gross areas, landscape proposal, façades, roof design, and full code compliance review.
Different apartment typologies were developed as part of the study, including one ADA-compliant unit to ensure accessibility.
