Our team organizes coordinated permit drawings and detailed Florida permit plans prepared by licensed Professional Engineers, aligned with current code requirements and formatted for digital submission. The goal is organized, submission-ready documentation that supports smoother plan review.
HB Design and Engineering, LLC acts as a project coordinator and owner's representative. All engineering services, including the preparation, signing, and sealing of engineering documents, are performed by independent Florida-licensed Professional Engineers in accordance with Chapter 471, Florida Statutes. HB Design and Engineering does not practice engineering and does not sign, seal, or issue engineering documents.
