Update the interior design of the kitchen and bathroom, and add a bar to create a more cohesive connection with the home’s new aesthetic. The house is located in a waterfront area and aims for a fresh, clean, and calming look, with minimalistic and Japandi influences.
Scope of project
This interior design–focused proposal includes the low-impact demolition of a few non-structural walls, the addition of new partitions, and the remodeling of the home’s bathroom layout, transforming a single bathroom into two bathrooms, along with an updated kitchen and bar area. The scope of work delivers a complete set of architectural plans supported by rendered images that illustrate the design intent for the new kitchen and bathrooms.
