All engineering services, including the preparation, signing, and sealing of engineering documents, are performed by independent Florida-licensed Professional Engineers in accordance with Chapter 471, Florida Statutes. HB Design and Engineering does not practice engineering and does not sign, seal, or issue engineering documents.
